I'm a grad student who was traveling alone for postgrad interviews. Turns out, the first two floors are overflow for a local college dorm. I have to say, the students I met were very polite and respectful, and were helpful in telling me about things to do around the area. I stayed a floor above the boys' dorms and never heard any noise. It worked out for me in the end because I had people to talk to while sitting in the hot tub, etc., but it was sort of a surprise. They did say that it was boring there, most people just stayed in their rooms, and there really wasn't much partying.
The room was clean, the shower was nice and hot. The front desk staff was helpful. The restaurant was decent, with friendly staff as well. Bath and Body Works shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided, which was a nice touch. The shuttle was so very prompt, and the driver was really nice. The internet was choppy at night.
All in all, it was a great stay. But I'm not sure how "real adults" would feel knowing that there is a college dorm downstairs.
