We stay at the Concordville Inn at least twice each year when I teach Seminars for the American Gear Manufacturers Association in the Concordville Inn's Conference center (more like a hotel banquet room that a business conference center - very comfortable!). In every respect, the staff provides us (myself and all of my seminar participants) with excellent service and support. Because I teach all day, I use my hotel room as a work office in the evenings (the day's work does not disappear while I am teaching) and I find the facilities for both resting and watching a movie and serious work excellent. Every thing I need to support a productive work session is right in my room and the NET connection is great. Lunch for my group is catered by the Hotel's own historic Restaurant (a short walk across the parking lot from the conference center) and the food is always excellent. Our conference support staff, especially KIM (who positively seems able to read my mind in taking care of our room, refreshments & equipment!) is always top notch. The room set up is excellent and food service is perfectly matched to my group. Although my stays at this hotel are always business, my wife joins me to take advantage of the pool and other facilities while I work (there is no justice is here!) so she has mini-vacation. The food service is so good that my wife elects to have lunch every day with my group and we have dinner together in the Concordville Restaurant almost every night of our stay (except one night every visit we have to go out for Philly Cheese Steaks at nearby Delco's Steaks!). From housekeeping to front desk, the entire staff is very accommodating (an important consideration since my seminar participants travel from all over the US and as far away as China, Europe, and South America to attend. The best compliment that I can provide is that we (my entire seminar group) keep coming back year after year! And I didn't even mention the myriad local attractions ranging from the new Concordville Towne Center shopping experience to the Brandywine Battlefield Park.
