My husband stayed in this hotel in the summer time for about a week while we were relocating here because of our jobs. I booked the hotel through the credit card and we paid for it in cash. They charged the credit card as well, basically we have paid double for that week in that disgusting hotel. We have tried on numerous accounts to get this resolved. They have given us the run around for all most five months now. We have been told that they have recredited the account and that has not happened. We can't wait any longer, we are now getting lawyers involved. This place is criminal, stay away if you know whats best for you.

The location is in a terrible part of town and isn't anywhere near the airport. The shuttle service to the hotel was late and the driver was rude. Wouldn't recommend.

Upon making reservations and informing my family where we would be staying the became alarmed because of the area the hotel is located in. I tried to cancel the reservations but they are not refundable. I will not stay there. I contacted the hotel and wyndham rewards to no avail they have there money and that all that counts. I tried to leave messages for the hotel manager he never called me. I talked to my credit card company and they had the hotel on the line with a promise of the manager to call he didn't. In all my talkings to them the impression I got is we have your money. We don't care whether or not if you feel safe. They never once tried to calm my fears. I asked what would happen if something did happen. We will cross that bridge if it happens makes me feel all warm fuzzy and secure not . So if they won't talk to me before I arrived what kind of service would I have received if I had stayed there. So we won't be staying there and I will be out $500.00 plus dollars. Anyone need a place to stay in June its paid for.

We stayed at the Days Inn in Chester PA prior to a flight to Florida. Our first impression of the hotel was it's location, which is in a very questionable neighborhood in Chester. Widener University is close to the hotel, but there was no way we were going to take a nice walk there after dark. Also, access to the hotel is very difficult. My main gripe with the hotel was an unauthorized parking fee that was added to our credit card for parking there.....something we were completely unaware of ahead of time. When I called to resolve this issue I was confronted with a very hard-nosed foreign manager, who had no interest in coming to an agreement. I would never recommend this hotel to family or friends. It is mostly the inflexible nature of the foreign manager that put me off. It's all about the customer in this country, Not so, for this manager. He claims tohave video of us leaving, but I seriously doubt it!!
