Front desk employee was wonderful in terms of taking care of our room needs and providing dinner suggestions.

We were greeted by the front desk and upgraded to a larger room. Everything was as expected, no surprises. Wonderful breakfast! Quiet night. Would. Stay again and again

This is by far one of the best Residence Inn experiences that we have ever had. The staff at this Inn is exceptional. From the first greeting by the front desk clerk to the maintenance holding the door at the elevator, this Residence Inn is a superior place. Little touches like a note in the room from housekeeping wishing guests an enjoyable stay to the breakfast crew cleaning up your dishes and asking if you would like anything else, this Inn gives attention to the little things that make a difference between very good and excellent.

My family stayed in a king suite. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was very surprised that we did not hear any traffic!
What first drew me to this hotel is the 24/7 pool access. With a little boy we wanted to give him as much activity as possible when in the hotel.
This was our fourth hotel stay of the year. Without a doubt, the reception we received from Omeca at The Residence Inn was the friendliest.
Also, after checking out, I made a comment out of concern. I wasn't upset but thought it was in the best interest of management to know about it. The gentleman at the front desk hopped on that concern immediately. I wasn't expecting it but was pleasantly surprised to find that 100% satisfaction is a goal from this Residence Inn.
