This hotel is about 12 years old, but was kept up very nicely. Their biggest asset is their staff. Sandy Jones, Director of Sales, was very helpful planning and implementing our stay. The front desk people we very cordial and efficient. We had 62 rooms for two nights, reception/banquet one night, meeting & lunch the last day. Would we stay there again, absolutely.

Hotel is a little older but very nice. The staff was pleasent and helpful. Hotel was clean. Could use a walkway between the hotel and parking garage (it was raining for days while there)

I stayed at the Comfort Suites, Carlisle, PA for a national conference. I can only say that our experience was extremely pleasant. Rooms were well kept, food was marvelous, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We held a 3 day military reunion at the Comfort Suites in Carlisle and from day one in working with the hotel we had an excellent experience. The staff was very accommodating and friendly during our entire stay. Whenever we needed assistance they were there to help in a pleasant manner. The administrative staff was also very accessible, knowledgeable and ready to help. If the opportunity would arise to return to host a reunion or just stay at the facility we would definitely look at this hotel.
