I stayed at this property for one night. They offer a company rate and it is literally across the street from our facility. I received a King suite and my complimentary Hilton Honors Diamond Level water and breakfast coupon. I checked in around 8:45pm and the young lady was very nice. The staff in the dining room was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was average. The hotel public areas are well-maintained. I believe I received an update from the hotel about upgrades, I did not notice any in the public areas. However, the channel guide lineup sheet in the room listed several major networks being "unavailable during upgrade". While it wasn’t a big issue because I was there for one night, I would have been bothered by this during a longer stay. Where this hotel fails is in basic housekeeping details. In my room there was clear evidence of the previous guest(s) when I settled in for my stay. I moved the night stand to use the electrical receptable and there was a dirty glass on the floor. In the waste receptacle near the work station was the previous guest keycard portfolio and lastly, in the door was tissue paper stuck in the peephole. Clearly visible to me when I closed the door and turned on the light. I would likely stay here again due to the close proximity and to get the points, but I will likely do a "housekeeping check" BEFORE I settle in.

We like to stay at Hilton Garden Inns or Hampton Inns when traveling for short visits. On this visit to see Muhlenberg College we arrived late in the day (10:30 pm). Everything seemed in good order until we got in bed. There was a large clump of hair at the bottom of the bed. The hotel staff was very understanding and reduced our bill for the night. The food and service was all up to standard Hilton levels. I would still go back to the hotel in the future.

Stayed at this location Friday 10/14/2011 for one night while in the area. Very clean and well run. Room was typical of Garden Inn, comfortable bed, decent decor and bright bathroom. The entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was the Garden Inn standard buffet of good variety of anything you could want and eggs made to order if wanted. Dining area attendant was great with coffee refills and plenty of attention> Would stay again when in the area, Other dining options close by if you wanted dinner.

I stay in hotels 3 nights a week and usually really like the hilton garden inns. This one was just okay. The common areas, elevator, hallway, etc. were in desperate need of cleaning. The next day i saw no difference, still dirty. The room was cleaned okay.
