They are very nice but they have a policy if you leave any personal belongings on the bed they will not make the bed or clean the tub if swimsuits are on/in it. My childs stuffed animal on the bed got us fresh towels only and messy beds upon our return. The pool was freezing on a Thursday and just cool on Friday. Hot tub was hot and breakfast was very good. Breakfast included: premade omelets, umake waffles, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, ect.. Coffee in lobby with fruit or granola bars was a nice touch also. Our non-smoking room was very clean. I have exteme allergies to smoke and dust. The room was impressive in that regard. Beds were very good but the noise from the upstairs guests(bowling ball dropping contest??) kept me up. Stay on the upper floor so the noise level is lower. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat, but I learned a few things to make my stay even better. The front desk help was nice but you might want to bring your confirmation printouts with you. Motels.com(Expedia) billing totals did not match the hotel's numbers. They made it right after I whipped out the printouts. 30 minutes to Holiday Valley is also a great plus.
