I am staying at this location on business and must say the customer service has been by far the best part of my stay. All requests are met, and with a smile. The bartender in the evenings is also very nice. That being said... There is definitely some water damage throughout (water leaking in the hall, wet ceiling tiles, peeling wall paper, etc...). Some areas are better than other, but they are repairing the roof as I write this. Hopefully they continue the repairs to the inside. All around livable if you're not expecting too much but maybe a notch under some of the other Hamptons I have stayed in. I suppose as part of the Hilton brand, I expect a little more.

I can't thank the staff enough for making my wedding day fantastic. I got married in Levittown and I currently live in Texas so we needed to book about 4 rooms. They made sure we got the correct rate and they were SO nice and really cared for our needs. Housekeeping was great, front desk was great, even the breakfast was great! The young girl bartender was pretty cool too :)

I recommend this Hampton Inn 100%. Thanks again for making my stay wonderful :)

We stayed here on a recent visit because for some reason all downtown hotels were very pricey on the night of our intended stay. Found it to be convenient because of easy access to I-95 placing it within 15-20 minutes of downtown, as well as easy acess to shopping (Franklin Mills Outlets). Hotel was very clean, and reception was friendly and efficient. Beds were very comfortable and there were no issues encountered. Breakfast offerings were good and there was plenty of variety. A lounge and bar area was open all evening.

I made a reservation at this property because it was close to Shriners Hospital.
Upon a late arrival to this hotel with my guaranteed reservation, I was told that there was no credit card on file and that the room was not guaranteed. I had the paper in my hand to prove it. Then I was told there was no rooms because they were put in to maintenance. HOW is that my problem. The rep acted like it was not her problem and when I became upset she offered to find me a room.... first she called the Days in and the room rate was higher than I had booked with Hampton but what do you when you have a sick 5 month old in the car... the hotel didn't have any NON smoking rooms so she called another hotel, the Quality in and Suites. It was only after my husband step in and I asked for the General Managers name did she offer to pay for the hotel. The hotel she put us up in was a dump and I still ended up with a smoking room! So I am booked at a Hampton and you put me in a Quality in and Suites... NO comparison. The best part of the whole thing was that we passed a Court Yard Marriot and it was not even offered to us!
I called the 800 number and my complaint was forwarded to the Hotel. The best part of the whole story is that my reservation was suddenly canceled. I'm guessing it was canceled the minute all of this happened so none of this would be traceable. If I canceled my reservation wouldn't I have received a confirmation of this? The assistant GM send me a BS email apologizing. THAT WAS IT. No phone call to assure me this would never happen again. Being a former Hampton Inn employee I think this is unacceptable. You do not treat customers in this way. This hotel gets a big thumbs down!
