A lighthouse keeper's home---what a unique B&B! Brilliant accommodations; each room is decorated in a different style and has different views, but all are wonderful. And the 7 course breakfast is to die for! Lots of good hiking in the area and whale-watching; gorgeous scenery! And, of course, a tour of the lighthouse is a must.

An amazing place to stay and spend the night. Be sure to take some time relaxing on the porch, as well as a quick hike to the lighthouse during the day or night. Be sure to get down on the beach area at low tide to see orange and purple starfish clinging to the rocks. Hope to go back again some day soon.

We stayed in Victoria's Room and you should too.
Very Small bathroom but you get one with a door and OK shower.
Flashlight in room for night walk to lighthouse that you need to take - with a friend - never by yourself.
Seven course breakfast is leisurely and great for conversationists.
Does not provide the usual B&B special host with extra information.
Steep stairs to rooms so beware if limited mobility.
Small parking lot meant for small vehicles.
Bit spendy.
Good to very good trails nearby.
Still gave it a 5 because of the setting and its history making up for shortcomings.
Be thankful for essentially unlimited digital film.
I slept poorly because of a visitor.

I had wanted to stay at the light house for about 3 years. Was on my way when my mother became ill and had to change my plans. Finally made the trip on Oct. of this year. We pulled in at sunset and it was the most beautiful place I had seen on the coast. The house was very nice, views were extraordianry and the breakfast were so good! If you ever get the chance to come and stay at the light house take it, I know we will be back. We both loved the time we had there.
