Excellent location just off the freeway but still quite quiet. Rooms were nice and the beds excellent. Good value for the price.

We stayed here to go shopping at the outlets on black friday (Also because we were passing through the area).

The lobby is beautifully re-done which leads you to believe the rest of the hotel is like that. Not so much. Beyond the pretty lobby, the whole place needs a big face lift.

Our room (Hot tub room with king bed) was obviously a smoking room at one point, extremely old/musky smelling, it looked straight from the 70's from everything from the carpets, drapes, and grandma-style loveseat. I think the only thing that had been replaced was the sheets- even the comforter was old. The odd part was the bed was actually on a raised platform floor. The hot tub was also old but functional.... although it made the entire room very humid.

The breakfast room was so tiny and so cramped there was no food left/restocked for us, despite coming on time with 30 mins to spare. We decided to just get coffee and leave... I think the only thing left was 2 pieces of bread and some sausages.

The location was good though- fairly close to the outlets (walking distance) and also walking distance to a starbucks and arbys.

For the price though, it was definitely overpriced. We stayed in this room for the same price as a brand new Hampton that was way nicer. The hotel has a lot of potential- the room was quite spacious- but needed major interior decoration overhaul plus de-smellifying.

The hotel is right beside Woodburn outlet mail. Great location for shopping.

The hotel is pretty average. It's okay for the price, but there were quite a few things in disrepair. For the most part, the room seemed clean except that the nooks and crannies in the bathroom looked like they could use a good scrubbing. Overall, it just looks like the management team doesn't care that much.
