“Never stay here - don't trust these people”

I've never written an online review but my experience was SO BAD at this place that I must now. They added an extra $20 to our credit card bill, and wouldn't give us our deposit back claiming that we stole their towels. I hesitated to even use their towels because of the foul state they were in - much less steal them. No matter how convenient or cheap it seems, it isn't worth it. We were taken advantage of and treated terribly. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Stay away from this place. Owner's a crook. Dirty. Trashes not emptied. Way overpriced.

My friend suggested me to stay at Sutton Motel while I was in Eugene to visit one of my clients. Not only their price is reasonable but their service is excellent. I will definitely come back and stay there again.

“Owners are nice & price was best in town. Basic & clean place, but budget”

I was staying there during a Duck game. Everything was sold out in Eugene. This place is ok and good to sleep in. Owners were sweet and accomodating. The deposit thing is normal. The lady's daughter explained it was because they were one of the last motels to not require a credit card. Whatever. If you're going to be honest & normal people, really not a big deal.

“Money hungry owners, dirty rooms, DON'T STAY HERE!”

Awful, dirty rooms, money hungry owners. No refunds for any reasons. Requires a $50. 00 deposit that you may or may not get back. They count EVERY ITEM in the room, including the smoke alarm batteries before you check out and then maybe you'll get your deposit back. They also own the McKenzie Motel down the street. I warn you, don't go there, it's so disgusting the whole place needs to be demolished.
