I could just second the first review of this place. Lovely setting and sweet hostess, but absolutely disgusting conditions. We think (of hoped) that at least the bed sheets and towels were clean, but otherwise there was a ton of dirt & bits of trash on the room floor and every conceivable space was covered with trinkets -- all in a clown theme (I am not kidding!). The bathroom was shared with a long-term renter and had no visible signs of being cleaned for a very long time -- soap scum and hair in the sink/shower and a layer of dust covering everything else. Was easy to imagine how lovely this place could be with the right care, but like it is I would not recommend this to anyone

“Unexpected disappointment.”

We enjoyed the meals. The surroundings were beautiful and the hostess was very warm and lovely person to visit with. How ever, the overall cleanliness of the bed and breakfast was appalling.Strong pet urine odors and unsanitary living conditions with no amenities such as drinking glasses and soap.
I would not recommend this establishment to stay in.
