Nice, clean and courtious hotel staff, pet friendly and nicely built. Have stayed on both business and vacation. First pick for me in the area.

We recently stayed at the Comfort Suites Airport, Salem, OR. It is a very lovely property, conveniently located just off I-5 and very close to downtown Salem and local shopping. Dustyn, who checked us in, was super nice! The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the pool was delightfully heated, and the breakfast was tasty. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and alway enjoy it. The staff are always helpful, the rooms clean, the breakfast satisfies most appetites. we had some issues with internet connectivity however a quick call to the customer service line sort that out.

Consistently clean and comfortable. They started a good breakfast years ago before it was trendy. Their staff are customer focused even when dealing with things beyond their control. This last trip, while teasing the desk lady about being away when we came in, she was accused of eating the cookie dough. She responded that she was preparing dinner. I thought she was referring to her own, but when we came down a little later, it turned out that they were experimenting with a baked potato bar. Large bakers, chili, cheese, sour cream, the works. Cookies came out later!♦
