Staff provided a room on the top floor as requested, on highway side. The noise from the highway was not an issue.
Room was smaller than what I expected, I had a dog crate which when set up took up any spare floor space.
The carpet could have used a deep cleaning, my dust allergies acted up while in the room. The shower appeared to have been built in the seventies, was like showering in a space capsule. Bath towels were comparable to two really nice paper towels.
Breakfast was typical fare, pastries, a two bite muffin, fruit, coffee and juice.
I will probably stay elsewhere if I need to stop in Roseburg again.

Called multiple times to book over the phone, but no answer. We finally called a 1-800 number for the hotel. We arrived at what seemed like an OK hotel. Got to our room & went to put some left overs from that nights dinner & there was food in the fridge, then noticed the garbage can was full, looked in the bathroom and the towels were hanging over the shower used, the soap was also in used condition. The only seemingly OK thing about the room was the made up bed. Obviously my husband and I were upset so we went down to the lobby to express concern and found the only two members of the hotel staff for the night right outside the front lobby door smoking cigarettes (that's when we realized that instead of answering phone calls at the front desk, they were smoking. DISAPPOINTING.

Stayed here one night and had no problems. Lady at the front desk was very helpful with suggestion for places to eat and relocation us when our air conditioner as not working upon arrival.
