“Perfect Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 November 2011

This place is fantastic and has everything that you need we stayed for one night in mid October walking straight out of the room onto the beach is a great pleasure.
A long walk along the fantasic beach then back to sit in front of the fire watching and listening to the Ocean very relaxing. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean if anything a litle tired we paid just £65 for one night which is tremendous value for money thank youi very much Tradewinds we are hoping to return in the summer

Room Tip: maake sure that you get a seview its awesome1

“great place to stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2011

this was a great place to stay, the owners/mgrs are very freindly, helpful and accommodating.. very clean too! we had a huge bathroom and the balcony stairs are perfect for going down to beach access and the picnic area. we couldnt find the TV remote so Neil (owner?) came to our room and hunted it down for us, very personal service :) comfortable and casual.. i even loved the decorative lights they had wrapped around the stairway rails by the lobby. we sat outside @ the picnic tables until dark and watched the amazing sunset.. then we went inside and made a fire. beautiful coastline, crackling fire, it doesnt get much better than this. i would definitely stay here again. my only regret was that we cut our trip short and could not stay the second night @ Tradewinds like we had originally planned. my suggestions are maybe an outdoor/oceanview jacizzi? and there should be ready made coffee somewhere so i can stay awake longer and enjoy the ocean :) making coffee in the room is too much trouble to clean-up while on vacation lol. we will be back here hopefully October 2012!

“LOVED this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 September 2011

We had a huge room right on the beach with a balcony, fireplace, MW, fridge, coffee maker, WIFI, double-head shower, and spotlessly clean. Picnic tables and grill were right outside our door. A request to management for an extension cord brought service above-and-beyond. Only negatives I could come up with were that the plastic shampoo packets were impossible to open (glad I tried them before getting in the shower) and the towels (extra-large) could use some fabric softener. Next time we’re in Oregon, we will definitely plan on spending more than one night in this great spot.

“Hidden Oceanfront Gem...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2011

First time to visit the Oregon Coast-
Great find! Fireplace, kitchenette with CLEAN dishes-pots-pans etc!
The first floor has its own patio with chairs and a grill outside!

Room is big-everything is super clean-dated furniture but it is super clean! The dishes were ready to use- love that you can have the ocean right outside your sliding door!

Yes the first floor you might not want to leave the door open all night-second floor would allow you to do that more comfortably.

Bathroom is roomy -water pressure good and hot water readily available! I deducted one star for dated furniture and the fact that even though there were only 2 of us.. a few more towels would have been good!

Want to stay right on the sand? This is the place!

Almost afraid to let the word out.. want to be able to keep it quiet and clean for me!

Room Tip: First floor you can walk right onto the sand-Second floor lets you leave the door open all night and...
