I'd really like to give this motel a higher rating - the manager was really nice - but in all honesty this is a terrible motel. First of all it's over priced. You might not think so when you book but when you get there you'll realize you paid two star prices for a one star motel.

Starting with the laundry facilities which are outside, yes outside, the office. They weren't available for immediate use because the manager was using them. The outside of the motel is shabby and dirty and the room, while cleaner, was still fairly shabby. The other residents aren't much better - we got the impression you wouldn't have to look too far to score a hooker and some cheap drugs.

There are better motels within a few blocks of this one and they probably don't cost much more.

I was working in Reesdport and needed a place to stay. The front desk help was not very nice. They said there was a continental breakfast with coffee, etc., but I never saw it. I would go to get coffee after 7 am and it was never made. The TV was too small for the room. You could hardly see it from the bed. Felt like you were living in an apartment with snoopy landlords than in a hotel with a little privacy. Will not stay there ever again. Many other affordable motels on the coast that would love your business!!

Spent two nights on a very old, saggy mattress, in a room that smelled of old smoke. The room was not dirty, but it was in great need of refurbishing.

To be fair, we booked at the last minute and this was the only room left, so I'm assuming it is also the worst room in the motel. On the plus side, the proprietors were very pleasant and friendly and the location is fine. I might stay again (there don't appear to be many good choices in Reedsport) if I could get a better room.

Note that this is by no stretch a B&B (and doesn't claim to be); it is simply a motel, and is misclassified on this site.

This is a typical no frills motel on the main drag of Reedsport.
There was a microwave and fridge in the room, convenient parking and a helpful desk clerk.
We were told we would have a nice continental breakfast but the tiny room that serves as a lobby had nothing in the morning.
The nearby beach and the Oregon Dunes are a must to visit.
If we stayed longer we may have booked with another motel but this one was good for the price.
