We stayed at the Sheraton Portland Airport as part of a weekend long trip to Portland for our granddaughters first birthday. The shuttle drivers, the front desk staff and the bar staff were all friendly and outgoing in their service. The rooms are all redone and up to anyones standards. If you need a hotel close to the airport or even downtown Portland, you can't beat it. With Max (the light rail system) running to and from the airport, it makes downtown a 30 minute ride away with no need for a car.

The Service is impecable at the Sheraton every year of our business events. This hotel knows how to deleiver the best ever day. Unfortunatly that is rare. It is usually the first event is great and the rest to follow fail - but not at the Sheraton. They raise the bar with each passing year.

For example Antonio made me special food on the spot because he saw that most of the food being served I could not eat. Attention to detail - you can't beat that ever! Thank you Antonio, you made my night!

Awful experience with bath tub issue...stuff backing up into bath on 3rd floor!!! 2 nights in a row, couldn't even shower for 2 days. Unacceptable. Especially on 3rd floor. Never ever staying here.

Love this ole' standbye. Always stay here when in Portland. Reliable service, cleanliness and the location is actually quite good. LOVE THE FREE PARKING!
