The Courtyard-Lloyd Ctr is always my first choice when I travel to Portland on business. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and professional. In particular, I would like to give special thanks to "Island", who is a waitress in the Charley's on Grand Restaurant located in the hotel. She is always cheerful and makes sure I am taken care of at breakfast. I have been staying at this hotel for the past couple of years and will continue to do so because of the excellent service that I receive during my stays in Portland.

This was our fifth time here and i love the fact that that I can rely on consistency of convenience, comfort and service. The rooms are well appointed and have the comfort and feel of a full service hotel. That front desk staff seems to be very well informed and ready to assist. The food service is excellent if one considers that it is hotel. The breakfast buffet was not skimpy. We will keep coming back

I sayed here for about 10 days and had an excellent time. The staff was extremely helpful with everything I asked for. Breakfast was wonderful, my regular waitress "Island" made sure that my orange juice was topped off every morning.
Other staff members that went above and beyond included Ben, Bree, John, and Lindsey. If you stay at this hotel make sure you meet them all, they're good people.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending an event.

Upon arrival, hotel is clean, mostly updated and fresh (in the middle of some minor renovations) lobby, easy check-in, friendly staff that we minimally encountered, but being in the city, you hear trains, cars, horns, etc and parking was $15/night in a tiny underground lot, but being that we 'won' this hotel for $35/nt on Priceline, it was acceptable.

Hotel is located in a great downtown area with Starbucks, Subway, Red Robin, McDonalds all within walking distance.

Rooms are clean, but pretty outdated. Pillows and bed were horrible, byop (bring your own pillow)! Did not sleep much either night, leaving pretty tired after the weekend.

Pool was nasty, with lots of scum along the edge of the water. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a loooong time. Was kinda disgusted to let my kids swim in that thing. And contrary to what the pictures show you, there is NO hot tub.

All in all, yes we'd stay here again for the price we 'won' it.
