We spent a long weekend on the Oregon coast and spent a night at this B and B in late January. We tied the trip onto the tail end of a business call and spent a night in Port Orford on the way back to Seattle. We regret that we only had one night to spend, as Doug and Karen were perfect hosts and the place was beautifully kept and a lovely quiet spot. We were the only guests, a bit of a surprise, but that is the advantage of exploring the coast in the off season. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a charming base for exploring the best part of the Oregon coast. We hope to come back and spend more time.

Walking the trail around the property was a real treat and the hosts we very helpful with suggestions for our trip.

Very lovely place. The rooms are very clean, lots of room, and beautiful property. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfasts were delicious! We enjoyed walking the trails on the property. Loved Port Orford area. Doug and Carol were both excellent hosts.

This spacious, comfy B&B is located in a lovely, wooded area, an easy walk to a beautiful shore. There are also paths on the property. All the rooms (and I looked in them all) are spacious, immaculate and comfortable. There is plenty of common area with a nice library of books and dvds for use while you're there. Doug is a gracious host, who provided excellent information on the local restaurants, and cooked a great breakfast.
