Traveled through town with family duing the holidays, really enjoyed staying in Pendleton. Nice comfortable hotel with everyithing we needed. Rooms were nice and fresh, staff were very accomodating, breakfast was huge.. kids loved the pancakes. We didn't really know what there was to do in Pendleton, which was fine beacuse we just stayed at the hotel and had a pool party. On a front desk recommendation we had dinner at Cimmiyottis downtown... wow, what a great restaurant.

Traveling on work I have stayed here numerous times. Consistency is what I look for and these guys always follow through. Service is great, interent fast, tasty food, and really love their new remodel, rooms are clean and spacious, nice new tv's, it's nice having fridges and microwaves in the room too, especially because I'm there a few days at a time.

I would really recommend these guys, comfortable hotel, great super quite private rooms facing the mointains in the back.

We have stayed in this property a few times, always with a great room and great service. This time was no exception. We checked in around noon due to an ice storm that had closed the highway's that we needed to travel on. Even though we had to check in 2.5 hours prior to the posted time, the staff was accommodating and the rooms were ready. My kids were thrilled. They were able to give us adjoining rooms facing the side of the property where we could watch our vehicles (we are moving -- 2 Penske trucks towing two cars) which offer we thought was very considerate. We travel this path about three times a year and wouldn't have any problem staying here again.

Staff was great, and assured that we were put in a room where we wouldn't be disturbed by renovations which were underway in other parts of the hotel. Also very helpful in recommending places to eat (including having menus we could look at). Otherwise a fairly typical HI Express.
