I could write page after page about our time at the Doubletree but I'll try and keep this brief. If you are thinking about staying here, book immediately. This is one of those rare gems that will stick with you for the rest of your life. Our group of 12 booked the Summer House and Cedar House in preparation for our private trip down the Rogue River. From the moment we showed up at the Ranch, Rick was the ultimate host. Whether it was leading the girls on morning hikes or lending us his truck so we could get our oar boats set, he went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.

The accommodations are fantastic. The Summer House is the absolute perfect spot for a family getaway or group gathering. More than enough space and a truly homey feel.

As great as the lodging is, the scenery and Rick are the true stars. Most of our group was blown away at the breathtaking vistas while out hiking with Rick. '

If you are making a trip to this area, the Doubletree is the place to stay. I know we'll be back.

My husband and I recently got married at the Doubletree Ranch back in july. And i have to say "It was the perfect location,perfect hideaway, and the perfect memories" I will never forget my experience and will live the rest of my life with some of the best memories shared at the Doubletree Ranch. We discovered this gem in 2006, extending our length of stay each summer since and adding weekend visits during the fall. This summer we spent several weeks enjoying the trails, river, sandy beaches and views. Here we find the time and space to relax, read books, fish, reconnect with family/ friends and discover new things. The cabins are amply furnished, clean and comfortable. The ranch is within easy driving distance to many of Oregon’s treasures, good eating and entertainment, although our preference is to stay on site. Rick and Carol are welcoming hosts and they certainly are part of the charm of the Ranch experience. Many treasured memories have been made for our family at Doubletree Ranch and each visit has ended with wishing that we had even more time.

We found the Doubletree 15 years ago and have returned every year since. We love the peace and quiet, nature, cozy cabins and friendly ranch owners Rick and Carol.
