Many members of my extended family were in town for a funeral. Everyone was comfortable and said the rooms were clean and large. The kitchens in each room were not much needed in our situation, but nice to have. We used the complimentary microwave popcorns for a group of people one evening. Even though the hotel is right next to an airport, we actually never heard the airport from the room, so the room was very quiet. The staff was very helpful. We had reduced rates for our group, which was great!
We traveled with our two dogs and days earlier had a nightmare of an experience at a pet friendly suite hotel. Other reviews here had me dreading our arrival as I expected the worst.
We arrived fairly late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to see a clean and updated lobby. Check-in was fast and easy and when taking our belongings up the room, I was again pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to a clean, well-maintained room. Unlike our visit at another hotel, there were no stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on the bedding or anything in a state of disrepair. Given our previous experience, perhaps our standards were not high but I had a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and felt comfortable enough with the level of cleanliness that I walked around the room without shoes, which for me says a lot.
I would recommend this to anyone making a stop in Medford, particularly those traveling with pets pet-friendly accommodations can often be sub-par.
We arrived past midnight. Check-in was closed but our keys were available in an "overnight" mail slot area where we'd enter the 1st 3 letters of our last name. Very easy to use; upon opening our room on the 4th floor, we discovered we had 1 small double bed. We went back downstairs, pressed 0, and got the manager within minutes who checked on a rollaway and placed it in our room.
There is a kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator and a DVD player. Wireless is free.
The furnishings are left to be desired. However, our room was clean. The drainage in the shower was very slow.
The Pantry Room was a nice addition especially for late arrivals. The free coffee was not that great. Bring Starbucks VIA instead.
We got this hotel via Hotwire. I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice in Medford.
I would not stay here again. Many stains on carpet. Comforter seemed dirty. The hotel seemed just as dirty in the lobby as in my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason.
