This Hampton Inn is pretty nice. Not the best Hampton Inn in terms of newness but their staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Great business hotel.

I appreciated Hamptons Inn's excellent customer service and cleaniness. The motel had very comfortable beds, and a fine morning spread for the roadway traveler. The Inn is convenient and easy to get to with directions from the website, though it is tucked away in a residental neighborhood. I was traveling with my senior mother and we appreciated the easy access to the rooms, and we felt safe. There was a high speed internet connection on a common computer available in the lobby that proved convenient for us.

Was traveling through OR and WA so I stayed 1 night as I entered Oregon, at The Hampton Medford. Everything was really nice and clean. People were great and the breakfast is always good. However on my way home I stayed another night and that is where I ran into a problem. I had finished my shower and looked at the towel I had just used when I noticed it had make-up on it..........I don't wear make-up :-( That is so unlike this chain (owned by Hilton) I have never had this kind of problem before. Then I asked for a wake-up call for 4am and I got one at 3am instead. I was told their manager was leaving the day I was checking out. Maybe the next manager will be more on top of housekeeping and make sure this is not a thing that happens again! Ya Think?

This is a clean, quiet hotel sandwiched between several strip malls and apartment complexes. What it lacks in neighborhood charm, the hotel makes up for in its close proximity to I5 and Highway 62. These are the main arteries to Ashland and Crater Lake. This location makes for an ideal jumping-off point for day trips to both of these destinations.

The indoor pool was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. One drawback was the cigarette smoke smell in our bathroom one morning. Seems as though smoke was being pumped through the ventilation system.

The breakfast buffet is nothing special, there are several restaurant options nearby if you want something tastier.

We would stay here again thanks to the friendly staff and clean room.
