We have stayed here many times and found it to be very comfortable. The 1-bedroom condo units in this 3-story building are all the same size and floor plan but each is individually owned so each is decorated in a different style with various bedding options. The floor plan consists of a large living area with an almost wall to all window with a sliding glass door to the communal balcony that overlooks the beach, a well-stocked full-size kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven (no dishwasher), regular sized bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a nice-sized bedroom that overlooks the parking lot (our room had a king-sized bed). The facility is older (probably 1970s) but is well kept.

The building is on the bluff overlooking the beach and the views are stunning. We especially like the top floor (third) and unit 28 is very nice. The second floor also has a communal balcony and the first floor's units have patios and open to the grassy yard with picnic tables and BBQs. The facility also has a rec hall with a swimming pool kept at 84 degrees, a pool table, sauna, and ping pong table. The location is also excellent with many restaurants within walking distance and the Inn at Spanish Head is just up the beach/road.

Non-beach front units are also available but face the parking lot and are closer to the highway so might be a bit noisier.

Keep in mind this is a condo so daily maid service doesn't happen but fresh towels can be exchanged at the front desk and quite frankly, making the bed isn't a big deal. We always feel at home when staying here and good deals can be found during the weekdays, plus they often run two-night specials with a restaurant gift certificate.

We have stayed here many times and love the Noah's Ark room. The people are the best and the driftwood pile at the bottom of the stairs is very good, Walk South to Mo's and the Seals and when you are through, come up the Inn at Spanish Head elevator. Pool isn't very big but temperature is nice, place is very clean and right in the heart of action. Price is right...

Our 3 night stay was wonderful. Booked via their website, received a prompt email back with a choice of available suites for our dates. We stayed in #22 on the top floor, nicely decorated in a contemporary style with updated kitchen. Danielle was friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The view from these suites are breathtaking. Having stayed next door at Inn at Spanish Head, it is a much better value at Ocean Terrace for half the price, you get the same view and larger suite.

There were a few minor problems. The deadbolt on the door did not function well - we almost locked ourselves in the suite because the lock is so stiff we couldn't move it. We had to use a knife to pry it open. We just didn't use the deadbolt after that. There was also no large pot in which to cook pasta or the fresh corn we bought. The largest saucepan had no lid. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear the family with children next door talking and thumping around.

Little problems aside, if you like a place with a true ocean front view and beach access (via a steep staircase) then this is it. They even offered a discount for stays of 3 nights or more. We can't wait to go back.

Just returned from the Oregon coast stayed at Ocean Terrace Condos for 5 nights and
4 days. Had a wonderful time great views only one day of rain. We were in unit #22 if I had a complaint it would be no elevator but I knew this before we rented the unit. Spent a lot of time in the condo and did some traveling up and down the coast to nearby towns. If you are looking for a good value I would look into this place
