extremely stuffy rooms with little/no ventilation; worst motel beds I have ever slept on; noise of back enterance banging all night shook the entire room and kept everyone awake; wife slept in the car b/c of stuffy/heat & noise. Request to cancel second night was denied b/c we did reserv. through 800# and we didn't ask to cancel within 24 hours. This was bad customer service & bad excuses for not refunding our 2nd night. I feel I should get my money back for both nights. We went home for our anniversary. Managements attempt to be "helpful" consisted of telling us how happy "almost 50 other rooms of people" were, and pointing out the beautiful beach weather....anything to cloud over the issue. Then we were sent a 10% off of our next stay coupon, after we had requested a refund....insulting! We will not recommend to any friends or family to stay at this hotel chain.
