My wife and I (retired and loving it) come down to Lincoln City from British Columbia at least once a year, and sometimes twice if can manage the time. We always stay at the Nordic. We love the Ocean view, and if the weather cooperates we go to bed with the windows open and the sound of the surf lulling us to sleep. The breakfast is always good and the guests we meet in the breakfast room are always super friendly. At night we can watch the fishing boats off-shore working their trade (take binoculars). Access to the beach is right out the oceanside doors of the facility, down some stairs and there you are. We always go for a long walk on the beach on our last morning before checking out. We have always found the rooms clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rates reasonable for oceanfront.

We are looking forward to our next visit.

Weekend trip with grandma two daughters and two 5 yr olds almost ruined by non functional toilet. We totally appreciated a new room being offered to us and our room charge being cancelled for the trouble of having to move @ 7 o'clock on a Saturday evening. Things happen...but we were very thankful for the kindness offered.

We searched for the best deal around that would meet all our accommodations. We were looking for some special amenities. Ocean Front View, Jacuzzi Tub, Beach Access. This was the place to be. Room 218 is the best in the house! I would recommend this room for any couple wanting a romantic getaway.The room was GREAT!!! The staff was very friendly without any hassles. Even the breakfast was pretty delicious. Thank you

My wife's parents stayed at the Nordic Inn starting in the 1970's. They told my wife and I about the Nordic and we have stayed there from the late 70's until just this last week. We've probably been there 20 times over the years and we've never been disappointed. Here's why we like the Nordic Inn: 1) The rooms are always very clean 2) the beach access is perfect.....yes we have to walk a few steps, but, we love the accessibility 3) the people that we meet both at the front desk and at breakfast are always friendly 4) We liike Linciln City because it's not so...commercial...as other Oregon coast cities like Canon beach. 5) Finally, we stayed in a lovely balcony room (216) this past week and the ocean views were absolutely beautiful!

We highly recommend the Nordic Inn to all Oregon coast travelers. This will always be our home away from home whenever we visit the Oregon coast.
