We were located on the 2nd floor, decent size elevator.. our room was cleanly bed nicely made, mattress could have been firmer but still nice... we had no problems with our two day stay here. My husband used the pool really enjoyed it but would like bigger towels he's 6' 5".. breakfast was delicious we stay in hotels quite a bit and yours was one of our faves...we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean there are plenty of pillows and bedding. Breakfast was great the blueberry topped pancakes are a nice addition to a complimentary breakfast. The staff is very friendly without being nosy. The parking lot is well lit for my handicapped wife. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Staying here for business because it's close to many office parks, this is a clean hotel that I would bring my kids to. The carpet is a little funky (pea green spots highlighted with orange and browns), but they are newer and clean. I'm sure some first year design grad they hired thought they were hip in an Austin Powers way. The pool is warm and bigger than most Holiday Inn pools, but it's missing a hot tub for mom and dad. The TV does not pitch pornography, which is nice. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and they had an aggressive pornography pitch, but you would need your kids help to activate the parental controls. My biggest complaint is that the Christmas tree in the lobby only has two strings of lights but needs five. There is one at the bottom and one mid level. Outside of the disrespect for Christmas trees everything else is well done and clean. There is also a Burgerville across from the parking lot, which my kids love. Staff was very friendly - even apologized for the unfinished tree.

I came into this hotel very late and overly sleepy, The front desk staff made my night a little bit better, the check in was fast, and she was very friendly! my room was very clean and smelled great. The next morning I went down to breakfast and the breakfast person as well as the morning front desk greeted me and made me start out with a great day there was alot to choose from in the breakfast, the pancake topping was excellent. I had an interaction with the GM as well and she was very kind to me I told her how my trip was going before staying here and she and the front desk really seemed like they cared. I will always stay here from now on. There is also a mall just the next exit off of I5 and only 5 mins away from tons of food places. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking of traviling to the Portland area.
