My room is 23, only 3 rooms down from the lobby and can't access Internet.. I rebooted my computer, opened a new web brower, finally went to the lobby for help. The WiFI only works if I sit in the lobby! The Filipino owner only said "no one else complain". She didn't have a blue connection cord or way for me to use Internet from my room, so I am sitting in the hotel lobby. At least Internet works from here, but I would have chosen another hotel and paid more for reliable WiFi before checking in and getting settled if I knew.

I m sorry for the inconvenience you had during your stay here were trying to learn to resolve any connectivity issue we will be better next time.
