Donna and I recently stayed five nights at the Klamath Falls, Oregon Comfort Inn & Suites. We were visiting family in the area. We were late arriving but we were still greated with a warm welcome. Our room was exactly the way you would expect it to be, complete with frig & microwave and everything worked. The inroom coffee maker worked and was resupplied daily. The A/C-heater worked well and quietly as did the TV and remote. The first day I left a note for housekeeping with a special request and it was honored all five days we were there. A good breakfast was available every morning although I did go to Denny's one morning for variety.
In Summary, the team that made our stay at the Klamath Falls Comfort Inn so pleasant could be the trainers for other Choice Hotels. They obviously take pride in providing clean, comfortble and very well maintained facility.

I have booked a few of my clients at this hotel and hear nothing but GREAT reviews! This hotel is very clean, has excellent food and the staff is incredible! Highly recommend this hotel to anybody in Klamath Falls!

I've stayed in several Comfort Inn & Suites and this particular motel is in desperate need of updating / remodeling. Unless this was an intentional retro theme, the decor seems a bit 70's. Our room was a "non-smoking" room, but it definitely had a very stale smokey smell to it. At times, it seemed that the smoke smell increased as if it was coming through the vents. The bed itself was comfortable and all of the staff we encountered were nice. I would say that the continental breakfast was on the higher end for quality and options having waffles, scrambled eggs, and link sausages. There was also fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, and a variety of cereals available. The coffee was very below average, but the food itself was quite good. The pool and hot tub are conveniently open 24 hrs., but we didn't use them so I can't speak to their cleanliness or quality. We will probably try another motel if we return to Klamath Falls, but I wouldn't have any problems staying here again if I had to.

Stayed in a number of Comfort Inns on this trip and this was well down the list in presentation and cleanliness. The Hotel is well over due for a makeover with nearly all of the funishings requiring replacement. The carpets and the bedding were old and not clean. The breakfast was okay and we were glad to check out after it. This Hotel does not give Comfort Inns a good name by keeping up with the standard of others Hotels in this chain. Very disappointing and not recommended. Find somewhere else to stay if you must stay in this area.
