This is a diamond in the rough, outside of town. Family run business, friendly and clean. I was impressed with the service and the cleanliness and would definitely stay here again. Thanks ABVI!

I stayed here in the month of July and don't have nothing bad to say about this place. Nick was very friendly yet helpful whenever I needed something. Wouldn't mind coming back to Klamath let alone stay in this place again. Reading the reviews people had on this place got me thinking something was really wrong with this place, when in actuality it wasn't that bad. Too many people crying and complaining about dumb things when it could actually be worse. Who doesn't like little debbies? Choke yourself...

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during the month of July and found that it was a nice hotel. All of the equipment worked in the room and the management/ownership were very helpful and friendly. I read the previous reviews and was expecting something much worse. All in all, the price, the friendliness, and the convenience to the downtown area, this hotel was a good deal.

We needed a motel for one night on the road for our family trip to Disneyland. Unfortunately we picked this hotel. Cigarette burns on the bedding, overwhelming mildew smell, pool out of order and a "continental breakfast" of prepackaged snack cakes do not add up to value in my mind. Next time we will skip Klamath Falls and drive through the night.
