This motel was ok and reasonably priced. I was in Klamath Falls for a week in Winter 2009 photographing bald eagles in the nearby Klamath National Wildlife Refuge. We chose the Maverick because it is next door to the brew pub. This worked perfectly for our trip, as we were able to sit on comfortable couches next to a large fire and review the day's photos on our laptops, enjoy some great beer, then stumble back to our rooms.
The hotel served its purpose, but it's not great. Rooms were old bur reasonably clean. The continental breakfast was horrible, sealed packets of some pastry-like foodstuff drenched in enough chemicals I'd prefer to eat my chemical hand-warmers (and they'd probably taste better). Coffee was from an instant mix. Bottom line, assume the price of your room doesn't include breakfast. There was sometimes a homeless person sleeping in the hallway and wandering around the parking lot. No wireless internet, but a computer was available in the lobby, which was important to check road conditions as we got hit by a good snow storm during our stay.
It if were not for the brewery, I'd stay somewhere else next time, but as it was, I'll be back next year.
