“Unless your just saving money stay somewhere else!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 March 2011

The rooms were a little dirty, the area was nice especially if you wanted to see some of the old building and some of the more scenic area. If you are looking to save some money and just get some sleep and leave in the morning it is ok. If you want your pets to stay with you, you have to pay extra as well.

“Stay here if you like to be treated very rudly.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 December 2010

We were going to arrive after 1 am and called the Econo Lodge ahead of time to make a reservation. Raj, the general manager said it would be not a problem. When we arrived, Raj was very rude to us. He opened the night window and told us that his internet was down and he couldn't check us in. We said that we just drove all the way from Las Vegas and we would even pay cash and since it was 2 am to please give us a room. He slammed the window down right in front of us and walked away.

“Do not stay here. Bad from the beginning.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 October 2010

They did not have my reservation. Then they would not honor the quoted price, even though I provided a copy of the confirmation. The room was a dump. There are two chain motels a couple of miles north of this place. Pick one of them.

“Stay at different Motel not this one!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 December 2009

It was the worst one that I've ever stayed. Reasons:

1. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6 am as stated on the reservation contract and office was still closed at the time of a breakfast. Office opened after 7:15 am.

2. Is that called a "breakfast"???
No coffee served for a breakfast.
They had only hotwater for tea, tea bags and one type of bread with no butter or anythingelse provided. It could serve for pets not for customers who pay for services.

3. Half used shampoo bottle was set as complementary items - isn't it a check list for health dept?

I'm afraid to even try another Econolodge if they are similar like this one.
Do NOT stay here, you'll be disappointed and waste money!

“Very nice hotel at 4,000 feet above sea level”

The long, windy road (highway 66) through numerous mountains was worth the trip to visit Klamath Falls. We were there on Christmas Day in 2008 in the midst of a snow storm. But we had no problems getting there (although warning for those without 4x4). The room was nice and clean, just what we expected. The staff was a young man who knows his way around town well and can recommend places for your to see. We paid $38 for a queen bed (yes, no kidding) and we had complimentary breakfast.
