“Nice lake/nice people”

We stayed at Lake Lemolo in August while on a trip to Crater Lake, Oregon. It's a pretty rustic place but everything was clean in our motel/cabin unit. The little store/restaurant was fairly well stocked but no beer or wine available, bring your own if you want any. They are fine with bringing it to meals at the restaurant. Good breakfast & burgers with a nice view of the lake. Really friendly people. Motor boats, pontoon boats & fishing gear all available. Short trip to Crater Lake. Certainly not fancy but with a nice vibe.

“Rustic Resort”

The Lemolo Lake Resort is a rustic resort within the National Forest overlooking Lake Lemolo. We had a nice, quiet stay; the owners moved in a couple of years ago and are very friendly and helpful. As we stayed in early June (mid week), the place was very quiet. We stayed in what they called a "hotel room", but the room was very spacious, with a living area, sleeping area, as well as a full dining table. The facilities are older, probably 1960s vintage, and could use some work. We also had some insect dropping in and around our room, showing that it probably had not been rented for a while. There is boat rental available at the resort - they have a couple of paddle boats, one canoe, and some motorboats. The only food available is a grill, in which they sell hamburgers and similar items only.

“Excellant experience, food, view, boat rentals, fishing and fun. We will be back to Lamolo Resort.”

We were looking for a place to stay while on our journey to Crater Lake. When we found Lamolo Lake Resort we decided to stay there for the rest of our long weekend. Why? It was so beautiful, the owners were friendly and the food was great! We had the best time renting one of the resorts boats and exploring the lake. We also found great trails and forest service roads around the resort to explore. Additionally, it was an educational experience. We learned alot about the area and its natural history.
I will never stay any where else when we are in the area. I cant wait to go back with my spotting scope and bird book. One of the coolest things was watching osprey hunt and catch fish. This is a real find for birders and fisherman alike. We watched boats come in at days end with their limit of rainbow and brown trout. I recomend the boat house cabin #11. We loved it. I came away relaxed and feeling peaceful. I did'nt want to leave. Nither did my partner.

“Wonderful Experience!”

We just got back from a two day stay at this resort. At first I was a little leery, I had not heard good things about the resort in the past. But they are under new management, and boy, have they been busy! The cabin had been freshly remodeled, it smelled like we were staying in a brand new room. The hosts couldn't have been more hospitable either, and were very friendly and willing to help pull our vehicle out of the snow if we got stuck. The whole resort is very dog friendly, I'm not sure who had the better time, us or our dogs. And, on top of it all, they aren't exaggerating about the hamburgers, they were awesome! We are already planning our next three trips back here!
