This resort is wonderful and the inn keepers are like old freinds. The store Is cozy and a great place to hang out, or order food that is exceptional. The rooms are Just right and what my wife and I needed to complete our memrable mountain/Lake experience! I will be back, and recommend any one who wants to experience a fun, relaxation, and value added from a resort stay here!! The breakfast bufffet was awesome.

We stayed here on a visit to Crater Lake. The cabin had several mouse/rodent holes that had been plugged with aluminum foil. The furnishings were extremely rustic and the mattress was so thin and old it was impossible to sleep on. The grocery store is marginally stocked. There was a lodge by the cabins that appeared to be completely rented out to some sort of organized group comprised of men that loitered outside of the lodge all day and most of the night, smoking cigarettes and staring at the other guests whenever we happened to walk or drive by. They did not appear friendly, in the least. I did not feel it was a safe situation for my family and we checked out early as a result.

Mosquitoes are terrible, but of course the resort owners can't control that! Water pressure to the RV park is very poor. Spaces are not level and trees are too close to the roadways to make turns with large RVs. We were almost wiped out by a rig trying to get in across the street from us. The guy was within a couple inches of hitting our truck. Restrooms are clean but were often out of toilet paper and paper towels (we stayed one week). Lots of junk sitting around and the whole place, other than the store/restaurant, looks in generally poor condition.

We stayed for the weekend, August 19-21. Had a great time. Scott and Dianna were very accomodating. Great tri-tip buffet on Fri. night. Breakfast buffets both Sat. and Sun. were great. Chomper, the dog was really laid back and let my daughter just about lay on him. We will be back.
