We stayed here for 4 nights in August of 2011. The suites are in numerous two story condo-like buildings with nice landscaping. The 2 bedroom suite had plently of room for the four of us. The suite was nice - not too fancy, but everything clean and in working order. Three flat screen TVs, one king bed, one queen bed, two seperate bathrooms, full kitchen. The room rate includes a full breakfast bar that was good enough that we did not bother going anywhere else for breakfast.

The Residence Inn is located in a very quiet area which was great. It is also very close and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Downtown Portland is only a 15 minute drive away (perhaps 25 minutes during rush hour).

What really impressed us was the customer service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. They made us feel like they really cared about our stay. There were many business professionals staying here and they seemed to be well taken care of by the staff.

We will definitely stay here again...

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and super attentive (we got a call to make sure everything was fine in the room when we first arrived, and another call before we checked out to let us know the proceedure). Breakfast was delicious (and the ladies that maintained the breakfast area were not only extremely friendly and efficient but also kept the whole place stocked and clean). The only reason I have not given it 5 stars was because the bed was very uncomfortable, it was hard, very very hard. I woke up with sore muscles and didn't sleep very well. However, this will not stop us from going back (we will bring an egg crate mattress pad for the bed). We also got a room near the pool area, which got rather loud at night (lots of children). I would request a room further way from the pool next time.

Loved our stay here. Pleasant & helpful staff, great breakfast, great price, clean & well appointed rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family spent more than one month in Residence Inn Portland West Hillsboro, The team in this place are just wonderful and we received an excellent service. The hotel is very clean all the time, All the team in the hotel will do their best to help the guests. In my next visit this is the place I want to stay in.
