The Eugene Courtesy Inn is AAA approved, economical, clean, quiet, and comfortable. This place is just a short walk from the Amtrak train station and all the sights in downtown Eugene. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. I looked into a number of other places to stay in Eugene, including B & B's, and I am glad I chose the Courtesy Inn. I had a very good night's sleep here. I got a crazy low rate with an internet coupon!

Small, comfortable accommodations in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town's amenities...microbrewery and fabulous cafe. Great value and affordable. Very comfortable bed. Will return and stay again.

Clean and excellent location. Felt safe and secure. Loved the managers attitude.

In the first room we were assigned, the lights between the beds didn't work because there was no plug on the end of the wire, the internet connection didn't work & there was previous tenant's trash in the bedside cabinet drawers. We were moved to another room where the lights & internet worked. However, a towel rack was missing and the heater didn't work in the bathroom. The beds are substandard, the shower heads are set for people under 5 feet tall, and a beer mysteriously disappeared from the frig. At least the staff was friendly & the location is better than other low priced options in the area.
