Stayed one night with our family of four on our road-trip to San Fran. Despite arriving fairly late, hubby and kids enjoyed the pool that was open 'til eleven. Nice and unusually late hours for a pool.

Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and we all enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, especially the waffle press. Dining area was adequate, if not a little boring.

Decent value for an adequate stay. Can't complain, but then not memorable either.

We travel on business and usually try to find a Phoenix Inn & Suites for the super clean and comfy rooms. Our room could use some minor repairs, like a a sink stopper that was broken, but this was a minor issue. The complimentary breakfast is a great bonus and although the workout room is small, at least they have one, equipped with a treadmill, bike and weights. The Eugene location is a little tricky to find, but the front desk staff gave us perfect over the phone directions and if you have an up to date GPS, you'll have no problem. I should note that is close to downtown, the college and a big stadium. The rooms are super quiet, so the busy area is no problem, but wanted to mention something that could be a pro or con for you.

Our visit was such a SUPER experience, from the minute we walked in the door to having to depart the next day (not long enough of a stay)!!!

Loved the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms & the breakfast. EVERYTHING is w/in walking distance & the views are breathtaking!

I was hesitant to make a reservation because of the proximity to Ducks stadium ( worn out from football partying), and that was certainly the case. Suppose to be non-smoking but the room was so heavy in cigar smoke, all one had to do is take a deep breath and save the cigarettes. Room was poorly cared for, trains in the middle of the night. Nice touch----- the quacking duck in the creek!
