“One awesome hotel: Thanks Elton”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 January 2012

I cannot help but say good things about this hotel. Elton was the person who greeted us and was an amazing person. He not only gave us a complementary upgrade to a better room but also helped us get around Enterprise. This was one of my best stays yet. The hotel is on a hill which gives you really nice views of the mountains. The morning breakfast is just amazing. The rooms are nice, clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Enterprise.

Room Tip: The rumor is that best westerns are a little on the pricier side. I would strongly recommend checkin...

“Stay in a different city”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 August 2011

This facility offers poor value for the amount of money they charge for rooms. Unless you really need to be in Enterprise, consider staying in a different city such as La Grande.

The hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear and badly needs to be refurbished and we experienced a 30 minute delay getting checked in because reservations for not one, but two people in line had been lost by the hotel.

In addition, the printer on the public computer didn't work and the connection speed it provided made telephone modems look fast.

Even though it was more than 90 degrees outside, the air conditioning in the lobby was not working when we checked in.

This hotel does not have an elevator, so anyone on the second floor has to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs.

“Average accomodation, overprices”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 August 2011

This is an average hotel with that could use some updating. Older decor, old tv's, which is fine, except it was $140 night for a 2 queen room with pull out sofa. The room was clean and check in/check out was easy. If I stay in Enterprise again I'll stay in town at the local motel...it looked clean and it's less per night. Breakfast is usual fare with with bread, waffles, donuts, cereal and boiled eggs. The hot tub was luke warm and they did call maintenance to come turn up the temp, but it was too late to wait for it to warm up. Not sure why it was so low to begin with .

This was the second time that we stayed at this location. Very clean, quiet, and a breathtaking view of the valley. They are pet friendly. Have a nice breakfast, pool, sauna, weight room, and laundry. Very close to Wallowa lake. The staff is very personable

“Wonderful stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2010

This motel was a treat: quiet, clean, well-maintained, good complimentary breakfast. We viewed the Wallowa mountains from our window and it's close to the town of Joseph and Wallowa Lake. A restful place that provided a sound sleep!
