Stayed a single night and the place was completely empty. We were never asked a single time while we were if there was anything we needed. The kicker was the multiple boxelder bugs in our bedroom and bed. Scurried a few out of the room only to wake up with some on me. $250 a night shouldn't include bugs! Will never stay at this B&B again.

We stayed for three nights at the Dundee manor over labor day weekend. We were arriving from the East coast around 11PM and made sure our late arrival could be accommodated by calling them ahead of time.  This was not a problem, we arrived right on time, were immediately met at the door and were able to get to bed pretty quickly with minimum fuss.  Breakfast was at 9, but they also put out some coffee at 7 and had a basket with munchies available in the room. Bottled water was also available in a fridge right outside the room.  Breakfast was very good with individual plates served to everyone as opposed to a buffet. After breakfast Brad and David were very helpful at providing some recommendations for where to visit, and restaurants for the evenings - these were very good.  

Our room had a bed right up against a corner with windows around 2 sides.  This was great for lounging around having coffee while looking at the birds all around us.  We loved it, but I'm not sure everyone would favor this room as you can only get into the bed from one side. The room was also long and skinny with a facility that might be shared depending on the number of guests. 

The property was lovely, as was the weather, allowing us to lounge around stargazing after dinner while sipping some wine we had purchased at the vineyards earlier in the day.

My wife and I stayed with Brad and David and found them to be most helpful in choosing wineries to visit in the Willamette Valley. The breakfasts were outstanding. My wife enjoyed just hanging out and chatting with Bard and David. The house is beautiful and the grounds well manicured and immaculate.
The only regret we had was that after two nights we had to leave! We hope to return when we are in this area again. You won't be disappointed!

This 1908 Victorian manor with it's spectacular grounds & landscaping is only outdone by Brad's scrumptious breakfasts, seasoned to perfection from herbs he picks that morning.
