We stayed in Room 78 with upper corner balcony, gas fireplace, jacuzzi plus shower for two nights after Christmas ... wonderful! We ate breakfasts here and dinners at Tidal Rave and at Gracie's Sea Hag (both in Depoe Bay.) With winter rates senior discount, with all taxes & fees, two nights came to $176. A great place to watch a winter storm. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here 4 times now over the last 23 years and have never been let down. The restaurant has been terrific every time as well, albeit not cheap as it is definitely "fine-dining" (NOT by SF or NYC standards mind you, but by Oregon Coast standards), it always rocks. The beach is totally private and exclusive to guests, and the pool/spa/sauna is very nice (hard to find places with saunas along the coast). Romance or family it's all good!

This is the worse stay I have ever had at a motel. First night, check in, room wasn't ready at 6 pm. Unfortuately the coast was in the biggest storm of the season. Any help,,,,NO. Second day we braved the storm across the parking lot to go to the pool, the key didn't work. Third night went to dinner came back our room key didn't work. (still in a storm) Sorry only goes so far. Wrong Wrong.

We stopped hear after a day of driving. The view from the room was amazing especially because we woke up to a bit of a storm. I think that if it were up to us we would have stayed in the room and looked out at the waves all day. The restaurant and the bar have an amazing view. The food is ho hum, but the drinks are good and the room is across the parking lot, very convienant. Did I mention the view?
