Not only is this the place to go for an incredible view, but it's the perfect quiet getaway spot with all the comforts of home. You can go online and select the type of room you want - from minimal to full on kitchen/fireplace/jacuzzi - they have it all. The staff is there to answer questions and help you with anything you want/need. It's a great place to stay for a weekend and/or a week. If you haven't been, you need to go.

This was our third stop on our travels with our two dogs and it was the best one. The room #1 was like coming to a friends home. The place was very clean, the view was magnificent and the staff very friendly. The room has also a private access to the front yard. The private beach was lovely place to be at and play with the dogs. We wished we stayed more than one night.

I couldn't agree more with the review that said "not new, not bad, all good". This place really isn't sterile and IS like an old comfortable sweater and pair of jeans. If I went back to Depoe Bay I would definitely stay there. You could stay somewhere more cheaply but this is a calm and quiet neighborhood and you really won't get a better view anywhere. I would love to go back during a more turbulent season and watch a really good storm. I think that I would shell out the extra $$ and buy and upstairs room though. The grounds are so nicely kept and there is a stairway down to a small beach.

The manager (or owner?) of the property was so helpful and chatty, you could really see that she enjoyed what she was doing. She gave helpful suggestions and was very accomodating for our late check-in.

Breakfast in the morning was light but ample (maybe not if you had kids). I would highly recommend this place to anyone that was visiting the area.

My family and I went on a summer road trip to the Northwest this year, and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. The Inn overlooks the water, with an amazing view of the coast. They also have a private beach that we spent time on. From the warm arrival (including a tray with sherry for us to enjoy in front of the large window) to the breakfast they provided (pastries, Tillamook yogurts, etc), we felt very welcome. Another plus was being able to stroll over to Tidal Raves restaurant for a great dinner! Fabulous whale-watching opportunities here.
