We stayed at this property for the first time for a Christmas gathering for my daughter. We stayed in the double queeen suite, which was only $109, including tax, a great price for this nice, big room. There was a little livingroom area with a couch, coffe table, a dining table, and a kitchenette, and then the large bedroom area in the back. The rooms have high ceilings and a classy feel. There was plenty of room for us to lay out Christmas goodies and to have several people spread out. The front desk staff was wonderful, getting us anything we needed, answering all our questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. Our family all slept well on the comfortable, firm, but not too firm, beds. In the morning we enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast including scrambled or hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, bisquits and gravy, homemade pancakes, bananas, juices, muffins, bacon, instant oatmeal. The eating area was large and cheery. Margo was fantastic, quickly meeting needs and keeping the area spotless. In fact, the rooms- the entire property- was spotless, and two of us are former hotel housekeepers, so we check! One of the most important considerations for me is the pool, and I really enjoyed this one! The water was just the right temp- warm enough that I could get right in comfortably without creeping in inch by inch, and yet cool enough to be refreshing. The hot tub was wonderful also. They also had a small workout room cosisting of 2 treadmills and one bicycle, and a tiny office room with computer, printer, fax etc., and a large, very nice convention, or meeting room. All in all, I felt wonderfully spoiled and as though I was on vacation at this Holiday Inn.

We stayed at this hotel to break up our road trip from the Bay Area to Washington. We picked it mainly for its location near Hwy 5 and because it's pet friendly.

We stayed at two Holiday Inns Expresses on this trip, and this by far was the better one. The other one was in Albany. We typically stay in more upscale hotels, but when you're in an area like Medford, options are limited. But this experience did not disappoint. In fact, it impressed us and we look forward to more Holiday Inn stays!

First love was not being put in a nasty "pet room" like we have in the past where the floors are gross and the furniture is shabby. Even though this probably was a pet floor/room, the important thing was that it didn't feel like one at all. The room was spotless, modern, and smelled fine.

The woman who checked us in in the middle of the night was very friendly. The free breakfast was just ok. The beds were comfy and towels plush. Overall a great experience and HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here a couple of times and have been very satisfied. The facility is virtually new. The breakfast is good. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The motel is dog friendly. It's close to the fairgrounds and Rogue Community College. It's on the road to Jacksonville's excellent restaurants. There is also a hike and bike trail which begins in the parking lot. I don't hike and bike, but I was told it goes all the way to Ashland.

Once you get to this hotel, you will be happy. Its not an ideal location for a Holiday Inn Express; right off the highway, back behind other businesses, but its all HI Express inside. You can hear the road, but if you shut all the shades/etc.....it blocks out enough to get a good night sleep. The rooms and price really help, way better than the alternative in Central Point.

Front desk staff was great, so was AM breakfast staff.
