We've stayed here many many times and always enjoyed it. Clean rooms GRRRREAT views and if you get a hot tub room with your honey--you'll REEEEALLY enjoy it. Nice beach which allows dogs. Good restaurant right across the street. Have the Blackened Prime Rib--you won't regret it.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed every minute of it. We were in one of the suites, it has 3 sliding doors to the balconies outside. The water was RIGHT outside our room! There was a bedroom separate from the living area and a well stocked kitchen. There were many updates throughout the unit and some I thought could have been a bit newer but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean, helpful staff and a jacuzzi in our room. Oh yea, & 2 bathrooms! The one other thing that annoyed me at first and after the second day I guess it wore off or I got used to it. It was the strong smell of Clorox. In my opinion, a very nice place to stay if you like being close to the ocean and the sounds that it brings to your experience.

We spent just one night at the Best Western Plus in Brookings and we're glad we chose to stay there. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk upon arrival. We were traveling as a family with our teenage and adult (single) children, so we opted for a 3rd floor suite with a separate bedroom. The living area contained 2 sofa sleepers with memory-foam mattresses, which suited the teenagers just fine.
The real shining star here is the view. The hotel is situated just feet away from the Pacific surf and you could spend an hour just watching the waves crashing to shore from your balcony.
At night, you'll be lulled to sleep - if you enjoy the sound of the ocean shore.

We recently spent two great nights at the Best Western Beachfront Inn. We stayed in a "pet friendly" king with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and roomy (had a sofa and over-stuffed chair with ottoman) and being able to step outside your room onto the sandy beach was icing on the cake. There are a number of restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance in the boat basin. We will be back!
