This Super * in Bend OR on Hwy 97 should be renamed Blooper-0. I checked in Friday afternoon for a stay through Sunday. The girl at the front desk was cosmetically friendly, kept calling me (40+yrs old) Hun. I went to my room and found that the comforter was filthy, there was no ice bucket or coffee pot. The blanket under the comfoter could sand your deck if needed, it was that course. The towels are scratchy at best. Rooms are small, older model tv, hairs left in bathroom sink and bath tub on the walls of shower. The carpet had not been cleaned either. There was a dirty Q-tip by the bed. WiFi does have good signal. Most of the rooms doors have a gap of aprox 1" at bottom so pray there are no rats or mice. If you stay here and expect to sleep, keep driving as it is very loud with traffic and thin walls. When I went to front desk I asked about getting a ice bucket and was told I must not know what they look like as the room has one. The Hotel General manger actually described the design of an ice bucket to me in front of other adult customers. Needless to say this was frustrating. If you want a nice location and good price on a room, drive 3 more blocks and stay at a different motel.

We had a good overnight stay. Cable in room, food delivery appeared limited to pizza. Breakfast was medicore at best. Cold cereal, cold muffins, fruit juice.

Super chill staff. Very professional & courteous. Above all, not uptight! :) Thanks guys!

This Super 8 was cheaper than any others in Bend. I travel with a small dog so I need it to be pet friendly.
