We were in town because our niece was life flighted there for medical reasons. She was in intensive care. The hosital gave us a flyer with hotels and rates for these hotels. The hotels had rates for families in town for medical reasons. When we got to the hotel, after sitting in ICU all day, the hotel refused to honor the medical rates claiming the flyer was ten years old. I find it hard to balieve that 59$ plus tax was a god rate ten years ago. The man at the front desk explained after he called the manager, that they would not give us the advertised rate. In the morning we talked to another front desk lady who told us "the hospital does not pick our rates". The rooms were run down, and not very clean. The only reason we even stayed through the night, was due to the fact we were extremely tired after sitting at the hospital all day. Using this flyer to bring customers in, and refusing the rate people in a bad situation is wrong.I will not ever stay here again.
