The front desk staff were nice. However, the "first" room I was assigned to I walked in and walked right back out. It smelled like a guy's locker room! I had to get out fast it was THAT disgusting! My new room didn't "smell" but the shower was missing tiles, the vent in bathroom was a big hole in the cieling with wires hanging down. The bed squeeked every time I rolled over. A couple of my towels smelled really bad so I wouldn't use them.
The dishes and silverwear in the kitchen were DIRTY! I would never ever ever stay there again! On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst ick factor I give it a 20!! I movede to a Extended Stay America and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Oh and when I was checking out the girl at the desk KNEW this was a super crappy hotel!! YUCK!

For the money, I usually would highly recommend the Extended Stay type of lodging.

This place is no frills.
The rooms are small but functional.

I moved out when I realised I had been sick my entire stay from a nasty mold infestation in the room.
For it to have come thru the wall from the bathroom like it did, says inside the wall is packed with the stuff.

I did their survey, complained about the situation and let it go.
Today I get a very aggressive, argumentive phone call from their insurance company demanding I produce medical records for my "claim".
I never asked them for anything.
They contacted me and I really can't be bothered...

However, as the rude woman calling inferred I was making it all up, here are a couple of pictures I took as we moved out.

And yes, I would still refer someone there who needed long term temporary housing with no deposit down. Just look the place over really well before you keep the key.

After looking around this seemed to be a nice place and great price. For getting a couch, fridge, stove top, microwave etc at less that most bare rooms cost this was a deal! Not fancy, but I've stayed at places that were twice as much and half as good.

While I don't mean to speak in cliches, I really don't need to spend an extra $50 for a cookie and extra cream rinse. This is your basic room with no bells and whistles. The bed was a standard hotel bed, and maybe just a little lumpy. The staff were especially interested in making sure my stay was comfortable, and would no doubt have made this better had I said something -- I did not think it was a big deal. The area has a park nearby with hiking. There is also a pretty good Thai restaurant, and good shopping nearby. I am picky about where I stay in terms of cleanliness and safety. I will absolutely stay here again.
