This hotel is convenient as it is across the street from the company for which I was working. The staff is five stars! They are all excellent. However, the bed is hard as a rock. I'm glad I brought my own pillows as I need them for my back. The cable television is among the worst from other hotels for which I've stayed in the same price range. The number and quality of channels is small. Showtime is offered, though.
As I didn't care for the TV, I downloaded and streamed TV shows and movies on my laptop. The charge of $4.99 for the duration of your stay is nominal. However, if you download and stream "too much" (don't know what constitutes "too much"), your internet privileges are taken away from you. I found that out by having to call their Internet Service call center when my internet access was down and was told by the front desk that their server was up. I have never heard of such a thing!
The maid comes in once a week on the day of your choice. Housekeeping is okay. Noticed that the bathroom floor was rarely cleaned during the weeks of my stay. You are responsible for doing your own dishes, etc. which is fine. This information is presented upfront. However, the bathroom and kitchen floor could be cleaned more often.
As this is an "extended stay" hotel, I would expect to have better selection of popular cable channels as well as be able to download and video stream without reservation. The downloads, by the way, are also among the slowest from other hotels for which I've stayed. Though the speed isn't as important to me, I would just like to be able to not have limitations.
