If you are looking for a wonderful room you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a view, this is not the place. We did not have a view room, but I can't imagine the view rooms would have much of a view due to location. The staff and our rate was great. But, don't bother with the free breakfast...it was bad. Eggs had a chemical taste, and wierd texture. I gave it a very good reivew because this was just an overnight stop and I did love the room!

This was our first time stay at this B/W inn, and my wife and i was very impressed. very friendly staff and helpful about local sites to visit. room was spacious and very clean. bed was very comfortable, tv was good quality flat panel, refrigerator was nice size with small freezer unit that worked well. good access to spacious beach, and lots of grassy ground at the inn to roam. we obtained a super deal thru groupon.com for $140 which included 2 nights stay, 4 small buffet hot breakfast, and $40 coupon for dinner or merchandise. the breakfast was very limited in food items and quality.

This is a lovely resort situation which is reflected in the price, and has facilities which the passing traveller might not need. The dining room has a good and varied menu but you need to watch your step. particularly getting out of raised booths as the lighting is kept very low.

We stayed here because Bandon Dunes Resort was full. We were surprised and thrilled with the suite we stayed in. Ours was facing the ocean(which is just across the street) with a real fire place (they furnished the 3hour log) and a jacuzzi hot tub bath. It was nice to have a kitchenette in the room and mini fridge. This would be a great place to sat if we had brought out kids. If you have a crawling infant I would watch some of the carpets--not the newest and because rooms are right off the outdoors they get dirtier. Would definitely stay again.
