I was in Tulsa for a weekend conference, held at the Wynham. The front desk staff were friendly, and very helpful. Some confusion occurred over reservations; however, the staff were right on top of it, and resolved it to my satisfaction. It was my first experience with a sleep number bed, and it's something that one must get used to. I spent some time trying to adjust the bed to a comfort level I liked. The idea is good; however, I think a conventional or latex mattress would be more accepted by those who haven't slept on a sleep number bed before. The restaurant and lounge were well staffed, and the variety and prices were not out of line. Very few hotels anymore have in house lounge and restaurant facilities, so one must accept the prices for the convenience. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic! The business center is located off the lobby, and is spacious, well equipped, including coffee bar, and quiet. While I had a street side room, there was little or no traffic noise. The convention and meeting facilities are first rate, and for families with children, there is an indoor water park/play area for the kids. While the hotel had changed brands not too long before my visit, I had no complaints about the staff or facilities.
