Heather, the front desk clerk, was sweet and helpful. That is the reason this hotel got "poor" instead of terrible! My review title says "rooms"--because I had to move rooms because the first thing discovered in our first room was that the tv didn't work. We moved to the second room and the shower head was broken, the soap holder was falling off, the remote for the sleep number was on the floor under the bed. I had to move the bed to get the remote and it looked like I was the first person to ever move the bed. There was trash and an inch of dust under it. The pump for the bed was very old (I have a sleep number at home so I know what the newer ones look like) and was not even plugged in. After plugging it in the remote did not work well. It is winter in Oklahoma and it was 16 degrees. The heater thunked on, blew cold air directly onto the bed, then thunked off---all night. After a so so night's sleep, at 9am housekeeping bangs on the door! I couldn't believe it. Sure I was up but seriously I should not have had to be up at 9am in a hotel on a Saturday! Like another reviewer said, there was no breakfast beyond some cold danishes and tiny muffins. Everything in the hotel was old, broken, dirty, or missing. I saved by buying on Priceline, but I still feel like didn't get a good deal. Would not return.
